The Beardcentric online store and brand are operated by Bonded Roots Holdings LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Throughout these Terms of Service, "Beardcentric," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bonded Roots Holdings LLC in connection with its operation of the Beardcentric store and website.
Beardcentric operates this store and website, including related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with our Services. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

Many Beardcentric products are made to order. Minor variations that are normal and reasonable for the applicable manufacturing, printing, embroidery, or decoration process may occur.
We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product will be identical to how it appears on your screen or in a digital product image.
Product descriptions, availability, designs, materials, colors, sizes, and other product details may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law or our Refund Policy for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, product unavailability, fulfillment limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

Because our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we may be unable to modify or cancel an order after production or fulfillment has begun.
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of errors as permitted by applicable law.
Applicable taxes and any shipping charges will be displayed as appropriate during checkout.

Production and delivery times displayed or communicated by Beardcentric are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Because products may be made to order, production time and carrier transit time are separate.
Items within the same order may be produced or fulfilled separately and may arrive in multiple packages or on different dates.
Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, product availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Additional information concerning shipping, tracking, international shipments, lost packages, customs, delivery issues, and delays is provided in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
The Beardcentric website and Services contain content that may include names, logos, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, text, product descriptions, videos, audio, and other materials.
Except where otherwise indicated, these materials are owned by or licensed to Bonded Roots Holdings LLC or are otherwise used with authorization and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Unless authorized by us or otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Beardcentric content.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or ownership interest in Beardcentric intellectual property or the intellectual property of Shopify or any third party.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to represent that a particular Beardcentric name, logo, design, or other mark is federally registered unless it is actually registered. Rights in names, logos, designs, artwork, and other intellectual property may exist regardless of registration where provided by applicable law.

Beardcentric is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you.
However, purchases from the Beardcentric store are transactions between you and Bonded Roots Holdings LLC, not Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of Beardcentric products and is not responsible for the products purchased from us, except to the extent separately required by applicable law or Shopify's own obligations.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Services.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
